Refund Policy

If you have not used any credit from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase by writing to hello@useears.com with your order number. Credits that have been used are not refundable. By using credits you ask us to start supplying the digital service immediately and accept that your right of withdrawal ends for the part already supplied.

Transcriptions that fail are not charged. If a transcript is clearly wrong because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will credit you.
